Policies & FAQ
You are buying art directly from me, the artist! All the art on this site is original or a reproduction of my work. Some items are created by art-printing companies, but I quality check everything before it's offered for sale.
I'm a one-woman show and I try my best to fulfill orders as quickly as I can; that's usually within 5 days of your order. Occasionally, I may need to order a print, so that will add about a week to the processing time.
I currently ship to US addresses only. If you're outside the US and are interested in making a purchase, please contact me.
My shipping charges are based on USPS rates + my cost for packing materials. I try to keep shipping/handling reasonable, because I don't like paying inflated shipping prices, so I don't want you to either!
Some items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer that I use a different carrier, please contact me before ordering.
Sales tax is charged on California orders.

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and I do my best to describe each item in detail so you know what you're getting. However, if the item is not what you expected, contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will gladly take it back provided it is in its original condition. I will refund your purchase price but you may be responsible for the shipping charges, depending on the circumstance.

How do I pay?
You may pay with your credit card (which is processed through Square) or PayPal, which allows Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through Square (if you use the credit card option) or PayPal, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number, PayPal just tells me that you've paid and I ship your order. I receive payment through Square or PayPal.
